Over the past 70 years, J. Rotherham Masonry
Ltd. has developed into one of the UK's leading producers of quality
marble, granite and engineered stone products, employing over 100
people and producing over 130 worktops a week. They have earned
an unrivalled reputation for quality and, as one of the largest
suppliers of granite worktops in the UK, are able to supply you
with First Quality Worktops in a maximum lead time of 7-10 working
days from receipt of template or dimensions.

A Blend of Craftsmanship and Technology
J. Rotherham Masonry is a fourth-generation,
family-run business with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship.
Alongside this emphasis on traditional skills they also ensure that
they are up-to-date with all that modern technology can offer our
industry in terms of quality, efficiency and cost saving. The factory
has amongst others, four CNC machines, one programmable three-axis
saw, two programmable five-axis CNC saw, two secondary cutting saws
and two edge polishers, including one of the latest Commanduli edge
polishers to come onto the market. Both factory and offices are
technologically sophisticated, with a fully integrated computer
network with direct email access to all office staff and the CAD/CAM
department, making communication easier, cheaper and more efficient.
Quality Control
The highly-automated factory has been specifically
designed to maximise production capacity and efficiency and dedicated
quality control staff ensure a constant monitoring of the products
leaving the factory.
Expertise
Years of building up knowledge and expertise
means that in addition to the standard edge details, mouldings and
drainers, J. Rotherham Masonry are happy to provide for more unusual
requirements such as specialist built-in edges and sandblasted patterns.
This, combined with the fact that they hold over half a million
pounds worth of stock with over 150 varieties of Granite, Engineered
Stone, Marble, Limestone and Slate, allows them to provide a service
which is second to none.
