J. Rotherham Masonry is a fourth-generation,
family-run business with a strong focus on craftsmanship. Alongside
this emphasis on traditional skills they also ensure that they are
up-to-date with all that modern technology can offer our industry
in terms of efficiency and cost saving. The factory has amongst
others, four CNC machines, one programmable three-axis saw, two
programmable five-axis CNC saw, two secondary cutting saws and two
edge polishers, including one of the latest Commanduli edge polishers
to come onto the market. Both factory and offices are technologically
sophisticated, with a fully integrated computer network with direct
email access to all office staff and the CAD/CAM department, making
communication easier, cheaper and more efficient.

The highly-automated factory has been specifically
designed to maximise production capacity and efficiency and dedicated
quality control staff ensure a constant monitoring of the kitchen
countertops leaving the factory.
